The Mobile Reach team is traveling to sunny San Diego next week for the 2019 IAITAM Conference and Expo at the Marriott Marquis – San Diego Marina. We will be presenting an educational session you don’t want to miss titled Using Process-Driven Mobile Apps to Achieve ITAM ROI. This presentation will illustrate a case study of a Mobile Reach customer who mobilized their IT asset management platform with a solution that assists mobile workers to better perform tasks in the field. The customer uses highly configured mobile apps integrated with ServiceNow to enable improved compliance, reporting, data accuracy, and worker productivity. The company tracks all IT assets across their lifecycles in locations around the world. The case study will focus on the customer’s goals for the project, their experience and lessons learned, a summary of benefits achieved.
