Mobile Reach Integrates Mobile Apps with BMC Remedy

After nearly a year in service, Mobile Reach’s first to market mobile integration with the BMC Remedy ITSM 7.x has proven successful and is now a major asset for its clients. Mobile applications built on the Mobile Reach platform include out-of-the-box support for Incident Management, Change Approvals, Task Management, and IT Asset Management, all in an intuitive and customizable package.

In addition to customer installations, the applications are being used within BMC Software to demonstrate a complete Business Service Management (BSM) solution by extending BMC Remedy solutions to iOS, Android, BlackBerry, PDAs, Barcode Scanners, and other mobile devices.
