She has a history of executive level responsibility and extensive industry experience bringing a multitude of experiences, insight and guidance to this event. Her 20-year corporate career included communications and human resources roles within General Electric, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Allscripts Healthcare. Nicoa has spent the past decade as a values based executive lifestyle coach and is an Energy Leadership™ Master Practitioner for The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching – iPEC. She role models what she preaches by living a Life By Design on her terms along the coast of North Carolina. Her mission in life is to help others help themselves live and lead effectively without uncertainty.
 
Brian MorganBrian Morgan is a training and development leader who developed the Think Deeply, Write Clearly program out of his work as both a lecturer at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and managing editor at AKRF, Inc., New York City’s premier environmental planning and engineering firm. Brian’s teaching focuses on critical thinking and plain language to ensure that all written documents and communications are efficient, trustworthy, and understood by team members and clients. He erases the gap between the academic understanding of writing and the requirements of writing business reports and proposals in business. He believes every time a client comes in contact with our language, they are in contact with our brand.
 
 
Bruce BreedenBruce Breeden is a service operations leader with VP level responsibility and industry experience with Beckman Coulter, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Rain Bird and Fairbanks Scales. Currently, Bruce is Principal Consultant & Field Service Practice Leader at Mobile Reach. He developed The Field Service7℠ development program and authored the book, The Intentional Field Service Engineer.

Marques OgdenMarques Odgen is a master storyteller. He played in the NFL for six seasons. Now, he helps to positively influence others to achieve greatness with his own unique story. He has given motivational talks for JP Morgan, The Home Depot, AXA Advisors, NFL Player Engagement, and others. He is also an executive coach.
